Saturday April 24, 2010 at First United Methodist Church in Jefferson, GA

The United Methodist Men of the North Georgia Conference are hosting this dynamic Spiritual Retreat led by Rev. James Smith, Lay Evangelist & Senior Pastor at First United Methodist Church in Villa Rica, and Mrs. Betty Smith, Author, Lay Evangelist and Member at First United Methodist Church in Powder Springs.  The day will include six sessions (one after lunch will have James with the guys and Betty with the ladies), praise and worship music provided by the Jefferson First praise group, lunch and supper.  In addition there will be a time of prayer ministry for all at the final session.

(We typically let the past that formed us continue to shape us even though we have been born again and are no longer bound by a negative past)

(Applying personally the promises of God)

5:00 - 6:15  Supper  Spaghetti etc.

6:15 - 7:15  Session Six  James Smith

"Experience The Resurrection"
(Paul said, "That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection")  We live beneath the power of God through the Holy Spirit that remains untapped.

This session will be concluded by prayer ministry being offered to everyone.

From Atlanta -  Head North on I-85

Exit at Highway 129 / 11, Exit # 137, go to right - then follow below

From  Hartwell - Head South on I-85

Exit at Highway 129 / 11, Exit # 137, go to left - then follow below

From I-85 and going East on Hwy 129/ 11

Go approximately 1.1 miles

Turn Left at  Business Route US-129 / 11

Go approximately 3.7 miles

Turn Left at Church Street (on the far edge of First Baptist Church)

Go 2 blocks to First United Methodist Church of Jefferson, parking is at the rear of the church.
